1. At least 5 years work experiences related to oil refinery and/or petrochemical project HSE management 2. Be able to communicate by English when work in site 3. At least 3 years diploma (engineering and science preferred, especially engineering/physics/chemistry/mathematics/safety management/environment) Candidates with Saudi Aramco Experience will be preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The candidate will be preferred if he has international certification, such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA 18001, ISO, CSP, etc.
